We deliver to our main served markets, including Europe (France, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway), the United States, and Canada, subject to options available at the time of payment.

  • 5.3 Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, carriers, peak periods, public holidays, possible customs checks, or exceptional circumstances.
  • 5.4 We work with recognized carriers such as Colissimo, Chronopost, Royal Mail, DHL, USPS, Poste Italiane, Correos ... for shipping orders to our main served markets.
  • 5.5 Free shipping is offered to our main served markets, subject to options available at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • 6.1 You have a 30-day period after receipt to return an item.
  • 6.2 Items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and tags.
  • 6.3 Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except if the item is defective, damaged, or does not match the description.
  • 6.4 Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the return.
